"After seeking dog boarding in Flagstaff, Hillside was the perfect alternative as we drove down to Phoenix to catch our flight (located conveniently off the Cottonwood exit on I-17). The owners are warm, friendly and passionate about their care for the dogs.  Our dog has aggression challenges and we knew he would be handled due to their professional dog training abilities.  Also, they made our dog extra comfy by putting him on an elevated bed in his kennel."

"So far I have only used the boarding services but I am very comfortable leaving my 2 dogkids with Hillside.  Jennifer is always accomodating, even with my last minute requests.  The price is more than fair, the facilities are clean and I know that my dogs are well looked after and exercised.  I can hardly wait to start my 2 high-energy dogs with some fun training with Shawn and Jennifer."

Jennifer was so helpful! We were traveling from out of state and wanted to hike around Sedona. We called on our way into town and they were able to reserve a spot for our boys the following day. In addition, they were very accomadating when we wanted to extend our stay. They are very reasonably priced and took great care of our dogs! We would definitely go here again.

We took our pup in for doggy day care, for socialization and because she has a little separation anxiety. We received photos of her a short time after we left her, running, playing and having a great time. The facility was very clean, smelled clean and they have VERY nice indoor runs that are climate controlled. Outdoor areas are all fenced in, with outdoor runs and also fenced in play areas with kiddie pools and toys. Our girl had a great time and we are definitely taking her back for more day care and also to board her when we need it.

My dog Dolly has been to Hillside only 2x. She loves Vicki their groomer. She is kind and compassionate with the animals. Has done a great job in complying with my request. The staff is always friendly and helpful when discussing your animal with recommendations to better help our dog. Thanks Hillside family.

Jimmie has been to Doggie Day Care, and I've boarded him there in the past, too. It really says something about the place when a dog always wags his tail and is excited whenever we pull up. Shawn is an excellent trainer, and he and his wife, Jennifer, run a great facility with a very caring staff. If you want good day care, boarding, group lessons, private lessons, or need Boot Camp for your dog, Hillside is your best choice. I highly recommend them! I won't take Jimmie anywhere else.
